Conservative Foundation slams NC Budget

Last week, Joseph Harris from the John Locke Foundation released an article detailing the negative impact of the current budget stalemate on the people of North Carolina, attributing the entire responsibility to the Republican-led General Assembly. The JLF has issued several articles emphasizing the dysfunction within North Carolina's Republican majorities and their inability to enact a comprehensive budget, even with majorities in both legislative chambers.
